Do you offer a warranty when plumbing new residential home construction?
We have plumbed more additions than we can remember. We have a 100% completion record and have never had to use our warranty protection. Additionally, we have never filed an insurance claim. Both our plumbers started plumbing in the 1990s and we have plumbed countless home additions. We have a lot of experience.
How much would it cost, with respect to plumbing, to add a 1st floor master bathroom and bedroom to the back of our house?
Not taking into account the cost fixtures, the plumbing cost would range from $3500 to $7500 under normal circumstances. If other items get added to the scope of work the cost increases.
Can you help us layout our new plan so the plumbing fixtures all fit together within the parameters of the building code?
